Areas of Responsibility

  • Responsibility for planning and execution of all digital marketing activities
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to come up with coherent strategies.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Making the website more meaningful for the users.
  • Tracking conversion rates through various website touch points and optimizing them to get better results
  • Managing drip based email marketing campaigns, should be able to come up with strategic insights/contingency plans based on the progress of the entire campaign.
  • Developing & Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Managing online and offline brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders 
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments you partner with


  • Excellent Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media
  • Previous experience in a similar sales & marketing role for 3-4 years
