The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be the engine that keeps Joyful’s product and client delivery running on time and on track. In a fast-moving environment where we’re simultaneously building platform features and delivering implementations for enterprise clients, this person will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and business teams—making sure nothing falls through the cracks and commitments are always met.
You’ll own our delivery rhythm: from sprint planning and tracking to client onboarding milestones, working closely with the CEO, Product Manager and Head of Engineering to ensure that what gets committed gets shipped—on time.
What You’ll Do
- Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end project tracking across product development and client implementation workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met and blockers are surfaced early
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint reviews in collaboration with product and engineering leads
- Monitor team capacity, flag risks proactively, and course-correct before timelines slip
- Maintain a single source of truth for all active projects, milestones, and dependencies in Jira
- Client Implementation Management
- Coordinate client onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise accounts, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Act as the operational point of contact for delivery-related queries from clients and internal teams
- Track and report on implementation progress, ensuring client commitments are met with minimal escalation
- Process & Communication
- Establish and maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and communication cadences across teams
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to how we plan, track, and ship
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in project management or program management, preferably in a SaaS or tech product environment
- A track record of delivering projects on time — this is non-negotiable; we need someone who treats a deadline the way a pilot treats a departure time
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate status updates clearly for both technical teams and business stakeholders
- A bias for action: comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and escalating the right things at the right time
- Experience managing enterprise client implementations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI or CX platforms is a bonus, not a requirement
