The Opportunity

We’re seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead Joyful’s strategic market
expansion. In this role, you will own large enterprise accounts, drive major revenue growth, and
mentor/lead other members of the sales team. You will be instrumental in scaling our impact and
helping enterprises adopt AI-driven stakeholder engagement solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
    • Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account-level go-to-market strategies, aligned with Joyful’s mission of delivering joyful, frictionless stakeholder interactions.
    • Own sales pipeline planning, forecasting, and quarterly/annual revenue targets for key enterprise segments.
    • Lead and execute high-value deal cycles end-to-end — from initial outreach to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure for both domestic and international clients.
  • New Business Development
    • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers across priority verticals and regions through focused outbound outreach, research-driven prospecting, and strategic industry engagement.
    • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline by initiating executive-level conversations and facilitating value-led discovery sessions.
    • Lead tailored presentations and solution demonstrations that clearly articulate the differentiating value of Joyful’s AI-powered stakeholder experience platform.
    • Drive full-cycle sales engagements — from qualification to proposal to negotiation and closure — ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into revenue.
    • Develop deep market understanding to uncover opportunities and identify organizations that can benefit most from Joyful’s capabilities.
  • Client Partnership & Relationship Management
    • Mentor, guide, and support Sales Representatives and SDRs — helping them refine prospecting strategies, deal execution, presentation skills, and closing techniques.
    • Share best practices, drive continuous improvement in sales processes, and help build a high-performance sales culture.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to shape positioning,messaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market motions.
  • Market & Product Intelligence
    • Stay abreast of trends in AI, customer experience (CX), stakeholder management, and enterprise technology — monitor competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide feedback and insights from clients to Product and Leadership teams to influence roadmap, features, and positioning.
    • Represent Joyful (and Germinait Solutions) at industry events, conferences, and client forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of successful enterprise B2B SaaS / AI / technology sales experience, which includes at least one year of experience as an Account Executive, selling into large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, closing complex deals, and driving expansion within accounts.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — influencing both technical and business decision-makers (CxO / leadership level).
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable liaising with senior-level clients.
  • Ability to translate complex AI/analytics technology and processes into compelling business
    value and ROI-based conversations.
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor, lead, or coach junior sales staff — fostering teamwork,
    shared learning, and performance improvement.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales methodologies, forecasting, pipeline management, and
    sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Passion for AI and belief in its potential to transform stakeholder and customer interactions.
